Our friendly, experienced personal trainers run fitness classes at all levels and abilities. Whether you're just starting out or you're already training at an elite fitness level, our trainers can find the right challenge for you. We offer sessions in strength and weight training, boxing, cardio workouts and HIIT - voted best bootcamp 2020 and best personal trainers 2020. Whatever you're working on, let us help you. We have seen multiple professional sportsmen and also local sports teams use these classes and challenges for preseason, from NRL players, AFL, boxers, marathon runners, swimmers to touch players and many more!


All of our classes are for all ages* and up. We have 20 classes each week to choose from with plenty of space for you to train with us. We also have ladies classes which are just for the girls.

Elev8ed Fitness is deeply committed to enriching the Townsville community through active involvement and unwavering support for charitable organizations. Since its inception in 2016, Elev8ed Fitness has organized over 20 charity events, raising thousands of dollars, with 100% of all proceeds donated to a different charity each time.


Founder and head trainer Paul Seiuli, a passionate advocate for mental health, collaborates closely with Townsville government organizations to assist at-risk youth. As an ambassador for the Townsville Suicide Prevention Network (TSPN) and the "Real Mates Talk" initiative, Paul leverages physical fitness as a conduit for positive change.

Elev8ed Fitness offers an online option which is an alternative for clients who love what Elev8ed has to offer but don’t live in Townsville. Workouts are sent to you daily and you will be held accountable at all times as well as having access to diet plans suited to your goals.


We cater the program to the equipment you have readily available, and our trainer will check in on you daily to keep you on the right track.

Advanced Classes

With almost 25 years experience in the fitness industry, our trainers are friendly and have the knowledge to know how to help you reach your goals. Tuesday and Thursday mornings offer 2 advanced classes a week.


We use these clases as a reward for those who want that extra push and work hard to achieve their goals. They are for people who continually show up and give it their all. You don't need to be the fittest or strongest you just need to work hard while uplifting others, have a good attitude and are willing to become the best version of themselves.

Every 2nd Saturday 8.30-9.15am we run a 45 minute session designed to improve flexibility & mobility, reduce stiffness & soreness, enhance performance & recovery and help prevent injuries.
